Valentine Card

I had more fun using some new things for the first time. First of all I love, love, love the new Sending Love DSP (117153)! The piece I used for this card is one of just a couple that isn't sparkly. If you love bling this DSP is for you! I also used the Scalloped Heart embosslit (117332) which layers so nicely with the Full Heart punch (113693) which I embossed with the newPerfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder (117335). I used that folder again along with the new Pinking Hearts Border(117649) which also has a matching corner punch (118072). For the "love" I used the Medium Jewelry Tag punch (117190) which coordinates with the Tiny Tags (118592) stamp set. I topped it off with a rhinestone brad (109110) and some of the new 5/8" satin ribbon (117287) in chocolate chip. All of these new items can be seen and ordered here.

Butterfly Easter Card

Had some fun today using a couple new things from the new Occasions Mini (OM) and Sale-A-Bration (SAB) catalogs. The links to these new catalogs are in my sidebar. Cardstock used is Pretty in Pink, So Saffron, Old Olive, Ballet Blue and Whisper White. DSP used is Pawsitively Prints (118060). The Scallop Trim Border punch (118402) is from the new SAB and can be your's "free" with a $50.00 purchase!! There is a matching corner punch (118870) in the new OM!! The butterflies are from the Beautiful Wings embosslits die (118138) in the new OM. It has 5 sizes each with it's own embossed pattern. Other punches used are Modern Label (116630) and Word Window (105090). The sentiment stamp is from Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370). Thanks for looking.
